There can be different reasons your dog may stop drinking. It can happen if your dog feels nauseous, lethargic or in pain. It can also be caused by heat stroke or an underlying illness.

Pets may also dehydrate if they lose fluid through panting, diarrhea or vomiting.

If you think your dog may be dehydrated or they show any changes in their urination or drinking habits, bring them to your vets immediately.
